REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Davies Kinyanjui Nderu and (2) Caroline Gathoni Kinyanjui, both of P.O. Box 3327-20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.7573 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru Municipality Block 20/27, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card of certificate of lease issued therefore has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the white card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
