WHEREAS (1) Dorah Mbuche Jirah (ID/7711287) and (2) Samuel Chilibasi Gaya (ID/11876647) as administrators of the estate of Gibson Gaya Iddi (ID/0313701/63) (deceased), are the registered proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in the district of Malindi, registered under title No. Chembe/Kibabamshe/385, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall construct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
