REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Christopher Assa Onyango and (2) Joyce Mary Onyango, both of P.O. Box 58085, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors lessees of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/10498/65, situate in the City of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 46817/1, and whereas a discharge of charge has been booked by the proprietor, and whereas affidavit has/have been filled in terms of section 65 (I) (h) of the said declaration that the said title registered as I.R 46817 is not available for registration, notice is hereby given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period I intend to dispense with the production of the said title and proceed with registration of the said discharge of charge Dated the 6th March, 2020.
