REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kaidongo Nauwuye paashu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 22,02 hectares or thereabout, known as INiado/Rapiniei-North/1428, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause no. 949 of 1994, has issued a grant in favour of Yiasi Kaidongo Passhu, and whereas the title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration in favour of Yiasi Kaidongo Passhu, and npon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Kaidongo Nauwuye Paashu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
