REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Moses Wanjohi Wahorne (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Nanyuki/Marura Block 3/3730 and Nanyuki/Tvlarura Block 3/3734, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession cause no. 999 of 2010, has issued grant in favour of Jane Wangechi Wanjohi, and whereas the said Jane Wangechi Wanjohi has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed issued is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Jane Wangechi Wanjohi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Moses Wanjohi Wahome (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
