APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS, by liquidation order dated the 8th November, 2019, I appointed Xavier Okado Lugaga, Sub-County Co-operative Officer, Subukia, Nakuru County, to be liquidator for Mukungugu Farmers Co- operative Society Limited (CS/11450), in liquidation, for a period not exceeding one (1) year and whereas the said Xavier OlCado Lugaga, Sub-County Co-operative Officer, Subukia, Nakuru County, has not been able to complete the liquidation. NOW therefore, I extend the period of liquidation with effect from the 27th February, 2020, for another period not exceeding one (1) year for the said Xavier Okado Lugaga, Sub-County Co-operative Officer, Subukia, Nakuru County, to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
