APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (3) of the State Corporations Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives appoints— DAVID MWIRABUA BAARIU to be a member of the Board of the New Kenya Co-operative Creameries Limited, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 17th March, 2020 and revokes the appointment of Josh Odiambo Owino (Dr.)*. (2) The Judiciary shall maintain a backup system for the system that shall be located and maintained in the place as the Chief Justice, in consultation with the Judicial Service Commission shall determine.
