APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4A of the Urban Areas and Cities Act (Amendment), 2019 the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works appoints the persons whose names are set out in the Schedule hereto to be members of the Ad-Hoc Committee for the delineation of the boundaries of Urban Areas in Siaya County, with effect from the 28th February, 2020.
