APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) (b) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water & Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— Brig. (Rtd.) Stephen Njung'e Kihu— Chairperson Members Nderitu Mathenge, Francisca Kamuren, Lorna Timanoi Nkoiwa, Johnson Mburu Mwamba Kinyanjui, Eng. David N. Kamau, to be Chairperson and Board Members of Central Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 4th February, 2020. The appointment of Asman Kamama*, Julius Murgo* and Philip Gichuhi (Eng.)* is revoked with effect from the 4th February, 2020. Dated the 10th March, 2020. SICILY K.
