IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 (1) (a) and (d) of the Universities Act, 2012, the Cabinet Secretary for Education re-appoints — Joyce Karinge, Jonah Kiptoo Kangogo (Dr.), Ibrahim Maina Mutembei, as members of the Council of the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th March, 2020.
