REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Mwania Muthoka, of P.O. Box 108-90100, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Makueni, registered under title Nos. 3123, 3151, 3165, 3166, 3167, 3168, 3169, 3170, 3171, 3172, 3173, 3175 and 3187, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
