REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Purity Nyangi Makambi (ID/27144222) and (2) Wolfgang Freudeberger (PP/CF7PZ1V), both of P.O. Box 5072-8040, Diani in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title deed No. Kwale/Diani SS/2692, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, and efforts made to trace the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provide that no valid objection has been received within that period.
