THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret W. Wangombe, of P.O. Box 26099, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0377 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 13673/8, situate south of Ruiru Town in Thika District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 43933/1, and whereas a transfer has been executed in favour of Esther Wanjiku Kibunja by Margaret W. Wangombe, and whereas affidavits have been under file under section 31 of the Land Registration Act and the regulations thereof to support that the said grant registered as No. I.R. 43933/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said transfer.
