THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gibson Morara Onguso (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 2.07 and 2.02 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, known as Kajiado/Kaputiei-North/15580 and 15581, respectively, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Kajiado in succession cause no. 154 of 2016, has issued a grant in favour of (1) Christine Mpinda Mburugu and (2) Millicent Kagendo Mburugu to be registered as administrators, and whereas the land title deeds issued in respect of the said pieces of land are lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and issue land title deeds to the said (1) Christine Mpinda Mburugu and (2) Millicent Kagendo Mburugu (as administrators), and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Gibson Morara Onguso (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
