NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd February, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 58, in Volume DI, Folio 114/1671, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Suvarana Narayanasamy for Surya Suvarana Nadar (minor), of P.O. Box 63558-00619, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Surya Nallathambi Kumaravel, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Surya Nallathambi Kumaravel and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Surya Suvarana Nadar for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Surya Suvarana Nadar only.
