NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th November, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 384, in Volume B-13, Folio 1974/14813, File No. 1637, by me, Shazia Mahmoud Omar (guardian) on behalf of Umar Mohamed Sidik (minor), of P.O. Box 97462- 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Umar Mohamed Sidik, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Umar Mohamed Sidik and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Umar Sayed Abdulsatar Kadiry for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Umar Sayed Abdulsatar Kadiry only.
