NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th December, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2665, in Volume DI, Folio 336/6060, File No. mmxix, by our client, Andrew Kibet Kipekee, of P.O. Box 369, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Andrew Kibet Chemiat, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Andrew Kibet Chemiat and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Andrew Kibet Kipekee for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Andrew Kibet Kipekee only.
