TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 3 OF 2020 By Patrick Wamae Maranga, of P.O. Box 73108-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Maranga Wamai alias David Maranga Wamae, late of Gaikuyu Sub-location, who died there on 25th March, 2018. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
