TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 6th March, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1241 CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2019 By (1) Carolyne Khasiro Makete and (2) James Nyongesa Makete, both of P.O. Box 677, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of probate of written will of Wilikister Namaemba Makete, who died at Saboti, on 26th November, 2016. CAUSE No. 26 OF 2019 By Miriam Sulu Sugut, of P.O. Box 1344, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of probate of written will of William Kipkutuny Sugut, who died at Kitale, on 28th July, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
