TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 9 OF 2020 By (1) Ezekiel Olemoi Tampushi, (2) Richard Mutunkei Tampushi, both of P.O. Box 184, Kilgoris in Kenya, and (3) Leonard Leswam Tampushi, of P.O. Box 423, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tangushi Oloo Nkeriet, who died at Baraton Jeremic, on 11th September, 2012. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be ahown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within th rty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
