TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: Dated the 10th December, 2019. R. OMBATA, Deputy Registrar, Kitui. CAUSE No. 244 OF 2019 By The Public Trustee, of P.O. Box 80366-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wambui Kamau, who died at Menzamwenye, on 23rd May, 2017. CAUSE No. 486 OF 2019 By Lewis Matasa Mwachala, of P.O. Box 43, Voi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Mwachala Matasa, who died at Ghazi, on 6th December, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
