TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 73 OF 2020 By Patrick Kibunywa Kimani, of P.O. Box 33-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of adtninistration intestate to the estate of Kiambugu Kibunywa, who died at Kiambu in 1967. CAUSE No. 105 OF 2020 By (1) George Githua Mwangi and (2) Wangari Wanclutu, both of P.O. Box 15423-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Thuo, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 6th December, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
