TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 9 OF 2020 By (1) Amina Laura Fernando Vischi and (2) Maria Giada Vischi, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fernando Vischi, who died on 1st February, 2020. CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2020 By Lucy Wangari Mwangi, the deceased's attorney, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Roland Greuter, who died on 2nd July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
