Box 49, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachiri M'Mutira, who died at St. Michael Nursing Home, on 8th March, 2009. CAUSE NO. 145 OF 2019 By Marion Wangui Josphat, of P.O. Box 25, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaga Katheri, who died at Gichera, on 1st October, 2018. CAUSE No. 146 OF 2019 By Isabella Muthoni Njiru, of P.O. Box 60, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Obadia Wachira Njiru, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 18th October, 2004.
