TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 172 OF 2019 By Daniel Maina Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Kinini alias Mwangi Kanini alias Mwangi Kanaini, who died at Mariira, on 27th March, 1996. CAUSE No. 29 OF 2020 By Daniel Kimani Kairu, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kairu Mugoiri, who died at A.I.C., Githumu, on 27th July, 1996. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
