TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2020 By Benson Owino Owiti, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mishack Owiti, who died at Ramula, on 4th March, 1976. CAUSE No. 20 OF 2020 By (1) Emilly Atieno Ajulu and (2) Don Ronny Ochieng, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ajulu Odhiambo, who died at Bondo Town, on 6th October, 2019. CAUSE No. 25 OF 2020 By Rose Anyango Opondo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Opondo Maugo, who died at Sub-district Hospita, Yala in Kenya, on 12th January, 2001. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 26 of 2020 By Fredrick Oduma Ligare, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cyril John Owino alias Cyril John Owino Omole, who died at Jina Yala, on 13th April, 1992. CAUSE No. 34 OF 2020 By Christine Aoko Odongo, of P.O. Box 175, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Atieno Seda, who died on 1st September, 2019. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
