TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 67 OF 2019 By (1) Alfred Kipkoriri arap Langat, (2) Kiprono Lagat and (3) Sarah Jematia Lagat, all of P.O. Box 1012, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplagat arap Chebet alias Kiplagat Chebet, who died at Sigoro Sub-location, on 25th April, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE NO. 87 OF 2019 By Elijah Kibiego Kibomett, of P.O. Box 190-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Kipyegon Kibomet alias Kibiegon Kibirech, who died at Mercy, on 17th July, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
