TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE, NO. 179 OF 2015 By Benter Adhiambo Ondiek, the deceased's granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rafael Okongo, who died on 10th March, 1985. CAUSE No. 5 OF 2019 By Dottie A. Yewa, of P.O. Box 344-00204, Athi River in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benta Onyango Yewa, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd January, 2019. CAUSE No. 17 OF 2019 By (1) Salome Atieno Musira, (2) Lucy Anyango Musira, (3) Agnes Adhiambo Musira and (4) Grace Auma Musira, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milca Achieng Odhiambo, who died on 14th May, 2017. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
