TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 2 OF 2020 By (1) Lilian Wamuyu Mararo and (2) Gilbert Mararo imondo, both of P.O. Box 43801-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the 'eceased's widow and father-in-law, respectively, for a grant of etters of administration intestate to the estate of Cleophas Biryo umaisho Mubangizi, who died at Sudan, on 29th April, 2019. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within irty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya azette.
