TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2011 By (1) Annah Chemutai Rustage and (2) David Kihore Kitur, both of P.O. Box 364, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibune Rustage alias Kibunei Rustage alias Kibunei arap Rustage, who died at Kapsaos Sub- location, on 6th May, 1987. CAUSE No. 24 (872019 By Cherles Kiprotich Sigilai, of P.O. Box 26, Kapsoit in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipngeno arap Keino, who died at Telant, on 10th June, 1996. MaMa alias Kongole Kibirir Maina, who died at Mogoiywet Ngainet, Bomet, on 8th March. 1993. CAUSE No. 2 of 2020 By (1) Sammy Kiplangat Cheruiyot, (2) Reuben Cheruiyot, (3) Johana arap Cheruiyot and (4) William Cheruiyot, all of P.O. Box 120, Litein in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Cheruiyot arap Sogombor alias Joseph Cheruiyot Sogombor, who died at Kamanainsim Sub-location, on 3rd October, 2004. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
