TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 2 OF 2019 By (1) Florence Njoki Kariuki, (2) Salome Wangui Kariuki, (3) Charles Wanjihia Kariuki and (4) Andrew Wanjema Kariuki, all of P.O. Box 51-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's daughters and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Prisila Njambi Kariuki alias Prisla N. Kariuki, who died at Garden Estate, on 14th February, 2014. CAUSE No. 46 OF 2020 By (1) Patrick Kaniti Kigo and (2) Alice Nyambura Kigo, both of P.O. Box 131-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangui Kigo, who died at Naidu Hospital in Kenya, on 15th August, 2017. CAUSE No. 47 OF 2020 By (1) David Kariuki Wambugu and (2) Feristas Njoki Kimani, both of P.O. Box 112-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambugu Ngure, who died at Gatitu, Kiganjo, on 10th September, 1989. CAUSE No. 48 OF 2020 By Stephen Kagumu Waweru, of P.O. Box 990-00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waweru Kagumu Mutiria, who died at Nembu Sub-location, on 4th August, 2010. CAUSE NO. 50 OF 2020 By Hannah Wangui Karanja, of P.O. Box 279-00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karanja Mbaya, who died at Ndundu Sub- location, on 31st January, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
