TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 38 OF 2020 By (1) Jane Wanjiru Thige and (2) Stephen Nganga Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 2003-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's son nad daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pauline Njeri Mwangi, who died at Bondeni, on 20th February, 2018. CAUSE No. 45 OF 2020 By Bernard Ngunji Mithamo, of P.O. Box 56, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mithamo Muguro Ichangi, late of Mbuyu, who died at Tumutumu, on 12th March, 1994. CAUSE No. 46 OF 2020 By Margaret Muthoni Wambui, of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndibaru Munyeki, late of Mwenje, who died there on 10th May, 1995. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
