TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 67 OF 2019 By (1) Emmanuel Chemweno Chepseba and (2) Tabitha Mutai, both of P.O. Box 3101-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebiego Chepseba, who died at Kaptarakwa Location, on 21st August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
