TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in CAUSE No. 240 OF 2019 By Joseph Kariuki Maingi, of P.O. Box 52-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githinji Karaya alias Githinji s/o Karaya, who died on 10th September, 2019. CAUSE No. 246 OF 2019 By Mary Wanjiru Gitaka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitaka Wachira, who died on 6th August, 2006. CAUSE No. 247 OF 2019 By Joseph Muriithi Gichuki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Mwangi Gichuki alias Mwangi s/o Gichuki, who died on 21st January, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
