TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in IMILILI in this court AMISI n this court CAUSE No. 147 OF 2019 By Penina Tomasi, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Mbeke Anduvate, who died at Vuvandi Sub-location, on 10th January, 1998. CAUSE NO. 193 OF 2019 By Sammy Agesa Kercda, the deceased's uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Swegei Mbago, who died on 6th July, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
