REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Lado Dawe Konte and (2) Marsa Dawe Konti, both of P.O. Box 78531-00507, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/11/282, situate in Nairobi East Township (Eastleigh) in Nairobi Dsitrict, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered as N40 folio 390/24 file 12610, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
