TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 3 OF 2020 By (1) Edwin Kamau Muniu and (2) Jean Wairimu Muniu, both of P.O. Box 43285-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi Njeri Muniva, who died at Garden Estate Nairobi, on 19th February, 2018. CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By (1) Titus Theuri Kinuthia and (2) Judith Wambui Tumbo Theuri, both of P.O. Box 44145-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the excecutor and executrix named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of the written will of Sylvia Warigia Kinuthia, who died at Nairobi Women's Hospital in Kenya, on 10th March, 2018. CAUSE No. 7 OF 2020 By Stephen Kamau Thindiu, of P.O. Box 57944-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of the written will of Edwin Thairu Githarie, who died at Mahindi, on 22nd March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
