CAUSE No. 44 OF 2020 By Bonface Kithuka Musembi, of PD. Box 2437-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arhus Nzioka Musembi, who died at St. Mary's Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 28th January, 2020. CAUSE No. 45 oF2020 By John Muthembwa Kitavi, of P.O. Box 1001-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbithe Kitavi, who died on 12th September, 2006. CAUSE No. 46 OF 2020 By (1) Johnstone Matheka Kavita and (2) John Musyimi Kavita, both of P.O. Box 5-90131, Tata in Kenya, the deceased's sons, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kativa Kiio alias Kavita Kilo, who died at Kathaana, on 11th January, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
