CAUSE No. 27 of 2020 By Mohamed Hassan Duale, of P.O. Box 51759-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hassan Duale Ahmed, who died at Nairobi, on 31st January, 2019. CAUSE No. 29 OF 2020 By Wardhi Sadam Said, of P.O. Box 14423-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amina Ali Muhamud, who died at Nairobi on 10th January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
