IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (1) (a) of the National Construction Authority Act, 2011, the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works appoints— DAVID MWANGI GAITHO (QS) to be the Chairperson of the Board of the National Construction Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 20th January, 2020.
