IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 8 (2) (a) of the Public Finance Management (National Government Affirmative Action Fund) Regulations, 2016, the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service and Gender appoints— WANJIKU MUKABI KABIRA to be the Chairperson of the National Government Affirmative Action Fund, for period of three (3) years, with effect from the 13th March, 2020.
