COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NOTICE is given that preparation of the above-mentioned part development plan was on 6th March, 2020, completed.
The part development plan relates to land situated within Lessos
Township, Nandi County.
Copies of the part development plan have been deposited for public inspection at the Office of County Commissioner and the
County Physical Planner, Kapsabet.
The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge at the office of County Commissioner and the County Physical
Planner, Kapsabet between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.
Any interested person(s) who wishes to make representations in connection or objections to the above named development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the
County Physical Planner, P.O. Box 802-30300, Kapsabet, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representations or objections shall state the ground on which it is made.
