NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38), Laws of Kenya, to Messrs. Three Ways Shipping Company Limited, of Inchcape Building, 2nd Floor, Mikanjuni Road, P.O BoxX 84137-80100, Mombasa and Plot 87, Jinja Road, Kampala, Uganda to collect all the abandoned trailers chassis Nos.; 13768, 20426, 21245, GEBC8BOBHD147 , 81020218LLTSU029, and lying in our yard at Bonje, Mombasa County, upon expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all outstanding storage charges plus any other costs incurred, failure to which we shall dispose the aforesaid motor vehicle trailers by public auction, without any further notice and any proceeds shall be defrayed against all outstanding storage and other accrued charges without any further reference to you. This notice is issued pursuant to section 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38), Laws of Kenya.
