TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 15 OF 2020 By Rekhaben Budhi Shah, of P.O. Box 1065-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate of written will of Bhudhi Lalji Pethraj Shah alias Budhi Lalji Shah alias Bhudhi Shah, who died on 17th February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
