TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 368 OF 2019 By (1) George Ng'ote Muchendu, (2) Evan King'ura Muchendu and (3) Ruth Wanjiku Kariuki, all of P.O. Box 11993, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchendu Kiongo, who died at Ndenderu, on 18th July, 1998. CAUSE No. 207 OF 2020 By Priscilla Wairimu Mungai, of P.O. Box 120-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mungai Gatu alias Daniel Mungai W. Gatu, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 5th May, 2014. CAUSE No. 212 OF 2020 By (1) Anne Njeri Kariuki and (2) Caroline Wanjiku Kiarie, both of P.O. Box 32, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peris Wambui Kiarie, who died at M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 14th April, 2017. CAUSE No. 213 OF 2020 By (1) Francis Kangethe Karanja and (2) Penninah Murugi Karanja, both of P.O. Box 71-00221, Matathia in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Karanja Kangethe alias John Kangethe alias John K. Kangethe, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 9th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
