TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 505 OF 2019 By Virginia Mwihaki Kiganya, of P.O. Box 11011, Karura in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kiganya Kinyua, who died at Karura, on 20th July, 2001. CAUSE No. 215 OF 2020 By Daniel Kaniu Mbugua, of P.O. Box 33, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Njoki Mbugua, who died at Holy Family Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 4th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
