CAUSE No. 97 OF 2020 By Joel Onyango Masawa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Masawa Mobachi alias Samwel Masawa Mubachi, who died at Oruba Location, on 20th May, 1998. CAUSE No. 146 OF 2020 By Margaret Were Osii, of P.O. Box 89, Sare in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Osii Ochogo alias Christopher John Osii, who died at Alego West Sub- location, on 20th June, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
