Box 29, Soy in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Kiptum Musitia, who died on 18th January, 2001. CAUSE No. 239 OF 2020 By John Kipkoech Cheruiyot, of P.O. Box 2663, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chemaiyo Lemiso, who died on 1st November, 1998. CAUSE No. 250 OF 2020 By (1) Philip Tanui and (2) John Kiplagat Amai, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsang A. Bor, who died at Kiplombe, on 23rd July, 2015. CAUSE No. 251 OF 2020 By Tito Kiprono Kiptum Birech Kuruna, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kiptum Birech alias John Kiptum arap Birgen alias John Kiptum arap Birech, who died at Kapkures, on 12th January, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
