Box 1937, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Nyakundi Masese, who died at Mekongonyoni, Iranda Sub-location, on 26th December, 2012. CAUSE No. 89 OF 2020 By Lawrence Nyamabane Mogaka, of P.O. Box 1414-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kengere Ochoki, who died on 15th June, 2006. CAUSE N0.91 OF 2020 By Samwel Omoke Moanda, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okengo Moanda, who died on 15th April, 2012. CAUSE No. 92 OF 2020 By (1) Sunday Nyaboke Ombutora and (2) Wilson Ohuru Miregwa, both of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ombutora Nyabisa, who died at Matieko Sub-location, on 28th December, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
