TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 40 OF 2019 By (1) Martha Matano Sanda and (2) Bessy Maiki Matano, both of P.O. Box 168, Mariakani in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Matano Sanda, who died at Kaliang'ombe, on 10th October, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
